Weekly Compensation

Average weekly earnings: $1,700 – $1,825
Additional performance-based bonuses available
Sign-on bonus available (details provided during hiring process)
Earnings vary based on experience, routes, and availability

Getting Started

Orientation completed online
Simplified onboarding to get drivers started quickly

Position Summary

Local routes with same-day return
Home daily
Multiple scheduling options available
Two days off per week based on business needs and driver availability
Day and night driving opportunities
Typical shift length: 10–11 hours
Holiday work may be required depending on operational needs

Freight & Equipment

No-touch freight
Mix of drop and hook and live unload handled by customer
Refrigerated (reefer) and dry van freight options
Assigned equipment that is maintained regularly

Minimum Qualifications

Valid CDL-A license required
At least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including road test and drug screen
Must meet company safety standards
