In addition to providing an additional layer of support, their role was designed to help get you to your professional goals faster and with more transparency.Schedule- Technicians are scheduled 8 hour shifts plus a 1 hour lunch, with the option to work additional hours if preferred.What will you do?The Mainline Technician must be experienced in the following areas:Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standardsDiagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repairMaintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materialsKeep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all timesRoad-test vehicles to ensure of quality repairAdapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arenaWhat are we looking for?1 year or more of automotive technician experienceTechnical Auto training or Land Rover certifications, ASEs are a plusValid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violationsWillingness to undergo our background requirements#LI-RL1#BonusCreditAt Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
