Key Responsibilities Administer influenza immunizations efficiently and safely to diverse populations. Perform blood draws and handling procedures using standard clinical protocols. Maintain strict clinical standards, ensuring proper vaccine storage, handling, and documentation. Work confidently and independently in a fast-paced clinic environment. Provide excellent patient interaction, managing inquiries and comfort during injections and blood draws. Required Qualifications Active Licensure: Must hold a current, active RN or LPN license free from any disciplinary actions or restrictions. Technical Skills: Excellent phlebotomy skills and high comfort level with giving intramuscular injections are mandatory. Uncompromising Commitment: Absolute availability for the entire duration of the clinic season (September 23 – November 8) with zero time‑off requests.
