Key Responsibilities Stack and organize tires in preparation for shipment Operate efficiently along the production line Accurately count and verify parts to ensure correct order fulfillment Inspect products to maintain high quality standards Read and interpret work orders to complete tasks correctly Use hand tools to mount and wrap tires onto rims Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and repetitive bending and twisting Required Skills Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Ability to handle heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to read and understand work instructions and order sheets Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction or similar hands-on work Familiarity with assembly processes and tasks Why Join Us? Work Environment & Schedule This role is based in a warehouse setting in Boardman, OR, known for its close-knit and collaborative culture. The work involves assembling rims and tires in a fast-paced environment, often working in teams of 3–5 and performing repetitive lifting. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boardman, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
