The Surgery Center Director of Nursing will oversee all clinical operations throughout Pre-Op, the Operating Room, and PACU. This leader will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while maintaining efficient patient flow and daily operations. The Perioperative Director of Nursing will guide quality improvement efforts, support infection prevention initiatives, and promote best practices across the center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing clinical excellence with operational oversight.

Reporting to executive leadership, the Ambulatory Surgery Center Director of Nursing will provide direction and support to nursing and clinical support staff while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and administrators. Responsibilities include staff development, performance management, regulatory readiness, and accreditation compliance. The Director of Nursing will also oversee infection control, risk management, and patient safety programs while serving as a key resource for the perioperative team.
