Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs in Carteret, NJ
Are you a qualified Class A CDL driver in search of a company that genuinely honors its commitments? Home Time:
- Home every other week for two days, providing the perfect blend of consistent work and quality time with family.
Equipment:
- Our fleet features International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworths equipped with inverters and 10-speed transmissions. You may take your assigned truck and trailer home during your time off—no slip-seating!
No Touch Freight:
- We provide 100% no-touch freight with 85% drop and hook operations, enabling you to concentrate on driving while hauling general commodities in dry van trailers.
Pay and Miles:
- Earn between $1,400 to $1,500 weekly, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,250 paid directly into your account. Additional compensation includes layover pay, multi-stop pay, and safety bonuses.
Running Area:
- Regional routes with consistent freight and predictable schedules ensure steady miles and reliable income opportunities.

Requirements
- • Valid CDL Class A license
- • Clean driving record
- • Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- • Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- • Ability to stay out 4 weeks and home 4 days
- No clearinghouse violations
