Responsibilities

• Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from initial consultation through closing
• Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties
• Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems and follow-up processes
• Convert buyer appointments into closed transactions
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that encourages referrals and repeat business
• Conduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyers
• Manage pipeline, appointments, and daily scheduling efficiently
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and team meetings

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:
• An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales and production
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up discipline
• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools
