What You'll Do

Lead shifts to ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and smooth restaurant operations
Support and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring
Model positivity, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction
Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members
Partner with the General Manager on operations, scheduling, food safety, and compliance
Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment

What We're Looking For

A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for leading, coaching, and building relationships with team members
Strong communication and organizational skills
A genuine, positive personality that motivates and inspires others
Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week
Minimum 2 years of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
