At Aussie Pet Mobile, we offer a 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experienceall in the convenience of our clients' driveways. Bark & Mane - Vision: Customer Satisfaction: Continue to achieve a 98% customer satisfaction rate by consistently delivering high-quality service. Employee Compensation: Increase base pay or performance bonuses for the top 25% of groomers by at least 10%, based on customer satisfaction scores, retention, and grooming volume.
