Security Clearance: None/Not Required What You Will Do Perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing environment such as assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, encapsulation, soldering, repair and/or inspection of wire harness, electronic and mechanical systems. Check own work with available fixtures and production aids to ensure workmanship quality. May route, dispatch and expedite flow of material. Follow written instruction, procedure, and product specification to complete assigned task. Understand all job duties in accordance with appropriate operating procedures and regulations governing environmental and safety requirements. Physically able to perform duties of lifting more than 25 lbs, work overtime, bend, push, pull, twist, sit or stand for long periods, and perform excessive walking. Ability to communicate, interact, and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Experience with manufacturing or assembly. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Verbal and written communication skills. Eye and hand coordination for assembly.
