This facility is seeking Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs - 8a-4:30p: Friday - 8a-12p with admin time 12p-4p
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Types of Cases: Consults, est patients, if credentialed Botox for migraine
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
• Licensure Required: AZ License or compact
