At Calvary Christian Academy (CCA), we understand the profound impact of early childhood care on families and their precious little ones. We're currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as a Floater. This role is more than a job; it's a ministry of love, guiding children on their very first steps in life, all within a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.

Location : Calvary Christian Academy Child Care Center

Age Group : 6 weeks- 5 years
Position: Part-time floater
Hours: 2pm-6pm

Pay: $10-$11 an hour

Your Impact at CCA:

• Uphold Excellence in Care : Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, follow stringent safety protocols, and ensure a healthy, stimulating environment for our infants and toddlers.

We're Looking For:

• Individuals with a high school diploma or equivalent; a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• At least six months of experience in a licensed childcare setting, working specifically with infants.
• A heart committed to the values and principles of Christian care and education.
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid, or the willingness to obtain them upon hire.
• Strong team players who demonstrate patience, respectfulness, integrity, and self-control.
