Salon Inventory Manager

Cosmetology Team Member
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented team member that can perform the following duties at our busy salon:
- Entering and closely monitoring in-house product usage.
- Counting and entering weekly counts from calendar.
- Closely watching over and shorts on weekly counts trying to keep shortage/overage within 4 products or $15.
- Making sure product orders are done timely and correctly
- Watching product lines to see what sells the best.
- Ordering to make sure shelves look full and last for 1 month's time, without running out of product.
- Watching extras (ex. Bobbi pins, hair elastics) to make sure they get ordered when needed.
- Adjusting minimums and maximums when needed to help in the ordering process. (twice yearly)
- Putting orders on the shelves timely and correctly.
- Making sure all retail costs for inventory are correct.
- Making sure all salon costs for inventory are correct.
- Making sure service inventory gets counted on the last day of the month and entered.
- Putting signage up in windows and creating tasteful product displays to go with corresponding sales
- Ensuring that shelves are clean and faced, always looking good.
- Personally have sales/service of 10%.
- Helping manager be a driving force and encouraging team members to obtain their goals and succeed.
- Price increases get done timely and accurately
