Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at Sunny Springs Nursing Center in Sulphur Springs, Texas, United States. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
Lead and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in a timely and effective manner
Delegate tasks and duties to nursing staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and staff outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, promoting dignity, respect, and compassion in all interactions
