Part Time Flex Sales Associate

Store: Pandora @ Howell Tanger Outlets – Store #818 Position: Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time) The Flexible Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class fan experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually discovering innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This role fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. Work schedule will involve nights, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. Please note, this job will require the completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application. Responsibilities Deliver a world‑class fan experience and surpass sales goals. Engage and attract fans with product knowledge and brand passion. Support store operations during peak hours. Maintain merchandising and retail operational standards. Adapt to varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented sales experience. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization. Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Willingness to work a flexible schedule from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Capability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and maintain reliable support during high‑traffic times and special events.
