Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (Wichita)

Overview

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America — Senior leadership opportunity in financial management within a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. Salary starting at $250,000 per year. Excellent benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Direct complex financial operations and structures, including bond-financed entities and multiple investment portfolios.
• Partner with external investment managers to optimize performance and liquidity, and work with external partners (bondholders, trustees, auditors, and investment managers) to ensure financial strength, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with the Finance Audit Census (FAC) Committee and the Board of Trustees to maintain strong governance and alignment across PMMA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years’ professional experience with at least five years in finance and accounting management.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred.
