About Us:
Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum is a leading provider of sewing machines, vacuums, and related products and services. With a reputation for exceptional customer service and product expertise, we are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sewing Machine Salesperson to join our team. If you have a passion for sewing and a knack for sales, this could be the perfect role for you!

Job Description:
As a Salesperson, you will play a key role in assisting customers in finding the right sewing machine to meet their needs. You will provide expert advice, demonstrate product features, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has a strong understanding of sewing machines and accessories. This is an hourly PLUS commission position, so the pay range may be higher than what we list here! You are in control of your earning destiny.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-store, offering knowledgeable advice on sewing machines and accessories
Demonstrate the features and benefits of various sewing machine models
Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and industry trends
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
Assist with inventory management and restocking
Provide excellent after-sales support, including product setup and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or a related industry
Strong knowledge of sewing machines and sewing techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and inventory management

The 4 locations to serve you are: Arvada, Aurora, Littleton and Colorado Springs. We are the largest sewing and vacuum company in Colorado and so we can offer a stable workplace with lots of room to grow.
