QBO Plus Payroll Elite is seeking a Truth Seeker to support thoughtful, detail-oriented work in an onsite full-time role based in Mountain View, California.

Position Summary
The Truth Seeker is a full-time onsite position responsible for pursuing accuracy, identifying facts, and supporting informed decision-making through careful review, analysis, and communication. This role is well-suited for a professional who brings strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and a disciplined approach to evaluating information. The ideal candidate is highly observant, organized, and committed to maintaining integrity, consistency, and clarity in their work.

Working from the Mountain View office, the Truth Seeker will contribute to day-to-day operations by examining information thoroughly, recognizing inconsistencies, documenting findings, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support transparency and accountability. Success in this role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Identify discrepancies, gaps, or conflicting details and escalate concerns as appropriate.

• Conduct careful fact-finding and documentation to support internal review processes.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date records of findings, observations, and follow-up actions.

• Communicate findings clearly and professionally to relevant stakeholders.

• Support decision-making by providing objective, well-documented insights and observations.

• Apply critical thinking and sound judgment when evaluating complex or sensitive information.

• Collaborate with team members and internal partners to resolve issues and clarify facts.

• Monitor ongoing matters to ensure timely follow-through and resolution.

• Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and accountability.

• Perform other related duties as needed to support operational goals and role objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time in an onsite environment at 2600 Marine Way, Mountain View, CA 94043-1126.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to assess information objectively and make sound, well-reasoned judgments.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation
Minimum salary: $1,200.00 - Maximum salary: $1,800.00
