If so, we are looking for a talented Director of Sales to join our team at SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall in Winston-Salem, NC. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key accounts
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimize performance and achieve sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
