Med Surg RN - Travel Contract
This is a 13-week contract position.
Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
We are seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN for a travel position. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient health needs, administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and collaborating with health team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
Document care provided accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Current RN license.
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred.
Must have a permanent address over 50 miles from the facility.
