Sales Associate

Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Retail Store located at the Flatirons Mall.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the location
• Retail sales transactions
• Ticket transactions
• Credit card reconciliation
• Inventory maintenance

Customer service is paramount as our associates are responsible for representing the organization and answering questions regarding tickets, in-game promotions, community events, and stadium operations.

Job requirements:

• Previous retail experience necessary
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends
• Basic Windows computer system knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional manner to handle demands of store location

Working conditions/work schedule:

• Work schedule is based on store hours. Store hours can change during the year. Schedules can vary due to business volume
• Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, including during peak hours.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, and moving store merchandise.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, such as stocking shelves and handling merchandise, while maintaining focus on customer service.
• Work in a busy retail environment with fluctuating noise levels and a fast-paced atmosphere, particularly during peak hours.
• Ability to work in varying store temperatures and conditions.

Salary range:

• $16.73/hr. This is a part-time position not eligible for all company benefits.
