What You’ll Be Doing

This role is based at our Tempe showroom, where you’ll:

Build strong, lasting relationships with current Trade Pro members and their clients

Hunt for new business—prospecting and cold calling to grow your territory

Get to know your customers’ businesses, goals, and projects so you can offer real solutions

Deliver an awesome, high-touch customer experience every time

Stay sharp on products, trends, and industry insights (we’ve got great training to help you)

Keep your pipeline organized and up-to-date in our CRM

Collaborate with an awesome showroom team

Bring the energy, stay motivated, and hit (or beat!) your goals

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and written)

A positive, can-do attitude

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities

A natural relationship-builder with great people skills

Experience in flooring or design sales is a plus—but not required. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll give you the tools and training to succeed.

The Perks

$22–24/hour base + commission starting Day 1

Real earning potential: $75K–$100K+ annually
