Forklift Operator / Clamp

Join Our Team! Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for multiple warehouse opportunities. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused candidates with experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts. Clamp Truck or Reach Truck experience is strongly preferred. Pay starts at $21.00 per hour and may vary depending on the warehouse location and assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Sit-Down Forklifts, Reach Trucks, and/or Clamp Trucks
• Load and unload containers and shipments efficiently
• Move and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Accurately stack, organize, and transport inventory
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Assist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience required
• Clamp Truck OR Reach Truck experience strongly preferred
• Must be comfortable getting on and off the forklift throughout the shift to assist with loading, unloading, and warehouse tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
