Miller's Ale House - - Responsibilities: Adheres to all service standards to indirectly create Ale House Raving Fans; Works directly with both BOH and FOH Team Members to ensure all the Guests needs are fulfilled in a timely manner; Acts as liaison between FOH and BOH Team Members to ensure all Guest requests are accommodated; Ensures menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; Upholds recipe specifications and perfect presentation of every dish
