Role Description We are seeking a driven, energetic, and highly organized Construction Dispatcher & Lead Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in helping homeowners begin their remodeling journey by providing exceptional customer service, qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and supporting our sales team. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from prospective and existing clients regarding construction and home improvement services. Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, answer questions, and assist homeowners throughout the sales process. Qualify prospective clients and gather information regarding their projects and goals. Schedule consultations and estimates for the sales and project management teams. Confirm scheduled appointments with homeowners and coordinate schedules to maximize appointment attendance. Provide clear and professional explanations of company services, project timelines, and processes. Establish rapport and build trust with homeowners through exceptional communication and customer service. Maintain accurate records, notes, and lead status updates within the company CRM. Track appointments, follow‑ups, and lead activity to ensure a smooth sales process. Coordinate with internal team members to ensure efficient communication and lead management. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support company growth. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, dispatch, appointment setting, call center, or sales experience. Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to confidently engage homeowners and prospective clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Self‑motivated, coachable, and team‑oriented. Proficient with computers, email, and basic software applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, home improvement, restoration, roofing, HVAC, solar, or other home service industries. Experience handling inbound leads and appointment scheduling. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. What Success Looks Like Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
