RN - ICU

ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

This is a 13-week contract position.

3x12-Hour shifts, Nights, 7 PM - 7 AM. Holiday rotation required.

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The RN will play a critical role in patient assessment, intervention, and care strategy development in accordance with established medical guidelines and protocols.

Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, ensuring safety and comfort for critically ill patients.

Monitor vital signs and closely observe patients for changes in health status.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to standards of care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and discharge planning.

Assist in procedures and the management of specialized equipment as necessary.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

Minimum of 2 years of ICU or Stepdown experience required.

Current South Carolina RN license or a valid Compact RN license required prior to start.

Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are mandatory; NIHSS certification preferred.
