Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Our platform helps organizations securely store, organize, and share files while maintaining compliance. Our Customer Success team plays a critical role in helping clients maximize the value of our solution and building long-term relationships.
Position Summary-The Customer Success Coach is a key member of the Customer Success team, responsible for delivering excellent support and ensuring customers achieve their goals using our platform. This role focuses on proactive engagement, issue resolution, and optimizing the overall customer experience to drive satisfaction and retention.
Essential Job Duties-- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Provide technical support for the platform, including remote troubleshooting
- Manage 10–20 inbound customer calls per day and contribute to monthly ticket resolution goals
- Use a consultative approach to guide customers and improve their experience
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and prepare for client interactions
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in HubSpot CRM
- Follow established workflows while identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Partner with sales and marketing to enhance customer satisfaction and drive referrals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
