• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, start date 07/13/2026, working on holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
• Additional Information: The traveler will be working in a home health environment with an average of 4-6 patients per day. The role involves utilizing EPIC electronic medical records, and experience with EPIC (EMR) is preferred. The position includes mileage reimbursement, and the traveler must have their own vehicle. Full productivity is typically achieved by week 3, with initial orientation including general organization training, online courses, Epic EMR training, and shadow visits. Support is available from a therapy manager during the first couple of weeks.
