What you bring:

• Valid SLP license and CCC in California
• At least two years of experience working in California school settings
• Minimum one year of SEIS experience
• Demonstrated ability to supervise SLPAs (experience with facilitators is a plus)
• Expertise managing high referrals and varied caseloads
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desired but not mandatory
• Willingness and ability to work onsite exclusively (telepractice not available)
• Open to both SLPs and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs); SLPAs are not considered for this role

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services for a diverse school-based caseload (full-time, 37.5 hours per week)
• Complete evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create impactful learning environments
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, contributing to their professional growth
