About this Role - Assistant Cost & Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Assistant Cost & Scheduling Coordinator who has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for establishing project controls by assisting Project Management in maintaining accurate and current schedules, budgets, and job costs.

What You'll Do

- Monitor and analyze job costs

- Process original budget and change order cost spreads

- Assist Project Management in completing monthly forecasts

- Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 with input from Project Management and Customer

- Work with Project Management to resolve miscellaneous reporting issues

What You'll Bring

- Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs

- Proven communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with scheduling software and database systems

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

- Ability to learn and adapt to new software

- BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance or equivalent experience

- Experience in project scheduling and cost analysis preferred
