In this armed post, you will support day-to-day operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team that puts people first.

DayTimeFri10:00 AM - 05:00 PMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun04:00 PM - 11:59 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor access points and help to enforce property rules, verifying credentials when required and addressing suspicious activity, trespassing, and/or policy violations according to post orders.
- Support incident response by contacting emergency services when needed, preserving the scene for follow-up, and completing accurate reports related to daily activities, incidents, and/or hazards observed on location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license as required by state and/or local law.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
