About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for financial stewardship, and will play a central role in guiding enterprise priorities such as operational performance, capital deployment, strategic growth, and partnerships. This leadership position demands a trusted relationship builder who can navigate the complexities of the academic health system, foster alignment among diverse stakeholders, and balance the mission with long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive financial leadership within a complex healthcare environment, with a preference for experience in academic medicine, and a proven track record in operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational transformation. Candidates for the CFO role at the company should be prepared to inherit a financially strong organization and be ready to support its continued growth and impact. The successful CFO will be expected to modernize financial operations, strengthen organizational discipline, and position the enterprise for its next era of growth and leadership in academic medicine.
