About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, responsible for financial stewardship, and will play a central role in guiding enterprise priorities such as operational performance, capital deployment, strategic growth, and partnerships. This leadership position demands a trusted relationship builder who can navigate the complexities of the academic health system, foster alignment among diverse stakeholders, and balance the mission with long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive financial leadership within a complex healthcare environment, with a preference for experience in academic medicine, and a proven track record in operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational transformation.
