Job Description:
Plumbing & Heating Wholesale is hiring for a Location Manager position for the Storm Lake, IA location. As a Location Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the branch while also working with your team to grow sales and increase branch profitability. You will work to provide value in all of your relationships, while providing exemplary service.

Job Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Support of inside and outside sales staff
• Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff for adequate warehouse operations
• Work to find improvements in processes and operations to gain efficiencies
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse
• Promote teamwork and cooperation at all levels
• Hold weekly branch meetings to identify, discuss, and solve issues
• Participate in weekly location manager meetings
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory through the scheduling of cycle counts, inventory transactions, auditing, and reporting
• Review sales reports
• Manage order and transfer queues
• Set yearly sales and operating budgets
• Hire, train, evaluate, and dismiss personnel as necessary
• Maintain equipment and building in good working order

Job Qualifications Include:

• Previous management experience
• Experience in either the Plumbing / HVAC fields
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work with and communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.
