Very active with representing both patent owners and petitioners at the PTAB, and complainants at the ITC.
A busy Patent Prosecution practice of cutting-edge clients, primarily medium to large companies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants should have prior experience in patent prosecution, with an aptitude for portfolio development and client counseling a plus.
- Applicant must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Prefer education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking.
- Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills.
