Overview We are seeking an experienced Director of Restaurant and Event Operations to lead our dynamic team and oversee the lobby bar and banquet operations at our hotel. The role involves managing multiple food and beverage outlets, developing new menus, creating unique guest experiences, ensuring exceptional service standards, and driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.
