AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Overview As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and make their day better. You are the face of our company, passionate about building brand loyalty and representing our company values with your REAL self. Responsibilities You are a people person. Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends-first mindset. We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations to fit their needs. Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy as an innovative problem solver. Be a team player and contribute to the team’s success. Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. Qualifications You love interacting with people. Energetic, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, and holidays). Love AE and Aerie products. Retail experience preferred. At least 16 years of age.
