REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of HR Information System Management experience; Workday HR system knowledge, process, procedure and best practices
5+ years of global experience implementing and supporting HCM applications; desired areas of expertise include Core HCM (Onboarding, Hire, Termination, Change Job, Compensation), Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, and Absence
3+ years of experience with Workday Security configuration and creation of complex Reports
Experience facilitating and tracking testing sessions (SIT, UAT, etc.)
