Professional Team CDL-A Drivers (Dedicated Lanes)

- Compensation Excellence:
- Pay Structure: Competitive split CPM (80¢ per mile to the team).
- Reliability: Guaranteed 6,000–8,000 weekly miles per team.
- Payment Cycle: Consistent and reliable Weekly Pay with transparent settlements.
- Incentives: $2,000 Sign-on Bonus, structured as follows:
- $500 upon successful completion of the 1st month.
- $500 upon reaching the 3-month milestone.
- $500 upon reaching the 6-month milestone.
- $500 upon reaching the 1-year milestone of continuous service.
- Flexibility: Options for W2 or 1099 classification based on individual professional preference.
- Work-Life Integration: We prioritize sustainable schedules with weekly home-time, respecting the importance of work-life balance for our professional team.
- Equipment & Support: We provide modern, well-maintained equipment backed by a 24/7 proactive dispatch team.
Requirements & Professional Expectations
- Experience: Valid Class A CDL with 2+ years of verifiable OTR/Class A experience.
- Reliability: Proven record of high-standard professional performance and safety.
- Communication: Elite communication skills. Timely responses to dispatch are mandatory to ensure the integrity of our logistics chain.
- Compliance: Full compliance with DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company scheduling directives.
