Position Overview: We're seeking an enthusiastic, motivating, and experienced Yoga Sculpt Coach to lead high-energy classes that combine yoga, strength training, and cardio into an unforgettable member experience. The ideal coach brings positive energy, exceptional coaching skills, and a genuine passion for helping others grow. What You'll Do: Lead engaging, high-energy Yoga Sculpt classes that inspire members to challenge themselves and have fun. Create thoughtfully designed class experiences that accommodate a variety of fitness levels while delivering a safe, effective workout. Provide clear instruction, modifications, and hands-on coaching (when appropriate) to help members move confidently and safely. Build meaningful relationships with members and contribute to the welcoming, community-focused culture that makes Inspyr Studios unique. Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to create an exceptional experience every class. Represent the Inspyr Studios brand with positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism both inside and outside the studio. Qualifications: Current Yoga and/or Group Fitness Instructor certification required. Previous Yoga Sculpt teaching experience strongly preferred. Minimum of 2 years teaching group fitness classes preferred. Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills. Passion for health, fitness, and creating an outstanding member experience. Reliable, professional, and committed to continuous learning and growth. Availability: Early mornings: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, and 7:00 AM. Weekends. Minimum commitment of 2 classes per week .
