Job Overview
- Specialty : Family Medicine
- Hospital Location : Albuquerque, NM
- Setting: Clinic Setting
- Start Date : As soon as credentialed
- Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pnm. No late clinic, no call and no after-hours charting
- Patient Population : Full-spectrum family medicine; babies to retirees. If Internal Medicine, they can see 18+ and the FNPs can see the pediatric patients.
- Patients Per Shift : 8-14
- Required Duties :
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Promote wellness and preventive care
- Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- EMR/Documentation : Elation
- License : NM license
- Call : No
- Additional Info : Site works in a true value-based care model; no fee for service and no RVUs.
