Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and high-quality care on a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will be experienced in telemetry monitoring and capable of working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer patient care within a neuro/surgical telemetry setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor patient vitals, interpret data, and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
• Float to other medical-surgical or ICU units as needed to support staffing needs.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold an active TN or compact nursing license valid for practice.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent medical-surgical or telemetry nursing experience.
• Demonstrate recent Epic EMR experience within the past 12 months.
• Maintain current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Be willing to work 3 night shifts per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Have excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to floating assignments.
