Salary: 18-25K pre-tax, housing / housing allowance 2K, insurance. Flight allowance & annual leave available from 2nd year.
Benefits: Paid statutory holidays, Christmas break, Spring Festival (10-12 days), summer holiday (~1 week). Two days off per week.
Requirements:

- Under 40, bachelor’s degree or above
- Energetic, with **2 years documented drama teaching experience**
- Native or non-native English speaker, eligible for work visa

The Role
Teach English to young learners (ages 3-12) at a well-established training center with a proven curriculum and strong reputation. You’ll deliver lively, engaging lessons using songs, games, storytelling, and hands-on activities – and you’ll be backed by a full teaching support team.

What You’ll Do
Deliver interactive, play-based English lessons to children aged 3-12
Use multimedia, props, and creative activities to keep kids engaged and excited about learning
Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
Work alongside local teaching assistants and international teachers on curriculum delivery
Participate in demo classes, center events, and seasonal camps
Contribute to curriculum refinement and activity design

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
At least 1-2 years of teaching experience with young learners
TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred
Native English speakers
Energetic, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy working with kids
Good classroom management skills – able to keep a room of 8-15 kids engaged
Adaptable, culturally curious, and ready to embrace life in China
