Job Description
The role will operate during PM or NOC shifts and will help ensure timely, accurate completion and filing of incident reports and related records while assisting with chart audits and documentation when incident volume is low. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays and will receive two weekdays off. A valid Fingerprint Clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
- Gather incident report details, record notifications, and complete the designated Google form or paper form for DDD-only incidents.
- Retrieve supporting documentation from the ICF and ensure appropriate entries are made in Progress Notes.
- Review all documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with submission timelines.
- Walk between on-site homes to collect data and perform lifting as required by the job.
When there is no incident report activity:
- Audit resident charts for accuracy and completeness.
- File completed documentation in the electronic resident record.
- File completed documentation in the home electronic resident record.
