Key Responsibilities Resource Management – Lead workforce planning and global resource strategy, manage hiring, recruiting, and internal staff mobility, and create processes that minimize emergency staffing interventions. Technical Leadership – Champion technical excellence with technologists; own and maintain core technical standards, establish best practices, embed QA/QC processes, and drive a culture of proactive quality. Strategic Planning – Develop long‑term staffing and skill strategies, drive succession planning and talent pipeline, and communicate business strategy to align team activities with organizational goals. Department Development – Design onboarding, training, and workflows that enable autonomy, foster coaching and mentoring, oversee performance reviews, and serve as a communication bridge for team needs and leadership updates. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. More than 12 years of electrical engineering experience (15 years preferred). Demonstrated leadership of medium to large teams within a matrix organization. Strong inspirational and inclusive leadership, organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel to meet teams. Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license. Hands‑on experience with electrical design tools and processes. Experience with data center projects, including hyperscale facilities. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing global teams. Experience as a section manager or similar role.
