Services also include construction siteplans with topography, trees, and utilities, as well as elevation certificates, subdivision plats, lot splits, Hydrology design. Survey Land Express Inc. supports commercial and residential clients with, as-built surveys, condominium conversion surveys, property line staking, liquor license surveys, and rezoning plats. The team focuses on accuracy, responsiveness, and practical solutions for clients and project partners.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA for a CAD Drafting professional specializing in Civil 3D, hydrology, and detention design. Daily responsibilities include preparing detailed civil engineering drawings and site layouts using Civil 3D working with a Professional Engineer on various projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D.
- Understanding of hydrology principles, stormwater management, and detention/retention system design.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with surveyors, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Prior experience in land surveying or civil site design in a professional setting is a must.
