JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualcare Nurse Registry is a Florida-licensed referral service that specializes in matching caregivers with seniors, veterans, and individuals with special needs. Provides 24/7 care in Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami Area.
Responsibilities and duties:
Our agency offers a broad spectrum of in-home assistance designed to promote independence and enhance quality of life:
Personal Care: Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Non-Medical Support: Includes companion care, homemaking services, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Specialized Care: Tailored support for individuals living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia.
Logistics & Social Support: Help with grocery shopping, running errands, medication reminders, and accompanying clients to doctor's appointments.
Performs patient-specific activities that could include (but are not limited to):
Medication reminders
Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
Measuring and preparing special diets
Understanding dementia care
Incontinence care
Qualifications and Skills:
Home Heath Aid Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job. (Recommended)
Possess a valid driver's license and insured automobile (Required)
All applicants must successfully pass a Level II AHCA background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as a condition of employment. Screening will be completed in accordance with AHCA and state requirements. Learn more at
