Salary: $68-78KLocation: Monroeville, PA - Onsite What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable, with at least 3 years of relevant background.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting processes.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., MS Office, Datacor ERP).
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and sound judgment skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in a team-oriented setting.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience with tax preparation, statutory reporting, and bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Additional certifications or training in accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of applicable accounting experience, including exposure to manufacturing or similar industries.
- Ability to occasionally climb, bend, kneel, or work near mechanical parts.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 10 pounds and operate in a moderate noise environment.
- Must have keen vision and focus, including depth perception and color recognition.
