Electronics Assembly Technician

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Build NeuralSync DPU modules: precision assembly, cold-plate mounting, torque-controlled fastening, and inline inspection — full training provided.

What you'll do:

• Assemble modules to work instructions and IPC standards
• Perform torque, thermal-interface, and connector operations
• Complete inline inspection and traceability records
• Maintain ESD discipline and station 5S
• Flag process issues to engineering

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years in electronics manufacturing, test, or lab operations
• Able to work to ESD, IPC-A-610, and traceability standards (training provided)
• Careful documentation habits and quality-first mindset
• High school diploma or GED; electronics training or military experience valued

Full training provided — no prior industry experience required.

Pay range: $45,000 – $62,000 per year
