Registered Dental Hygienist - RDH

Elgin Dental Associates is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Schedule Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Compensation $43-$47 per hour (commensurate with experience) Plus uncapped hygiene incentive Additional Information Time allotted for procedures NP - 90 SRP per quad - 60 Prophy - 60 Average # of patients per day - average of 7 Morning Huddles Insurances accepted - In network with Delta dental premier and out of network with all other insurances Requirements Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois Anesthetic Certificationpreferred but not required Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Full-Time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
