Job Description Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty; delivers full PNC conversations to identify appropriate solutions and leverages ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence. Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet through a differentiated experience, performs lobby engagement to connect with customers, positions products, and educates customers on managing transactions using technology, tools and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within limits, maintains heightened scrutiny to avoid loss, and participates in daily branch operations to ensure efficient, accurate completion. Employee Expectations Customer Focused – knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, leveraging that information to create customized solutions. Managing Risk – assesses and effectively manages risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. A comparable combination of education, certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education: No Degree required Certifications: None required Licenses: Background checks required as per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
